Refund policy

Returns or exchanges are permitted on full-priced items purchased through our website within 30 days of the original invoice date. There will be a $12 restocking fee on all returns for refund. Shoes must be in the original condition. Please try on your shoes on a carpeted and clean surface. Worn or dirty shoes will not be processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.

No returns, refunds or exchanges on Sale items.

1. Enter your order number and e-mail in the Return Portal.
2. Select the item you would like to return or exchange.
3. Select the reason for the return/exchange.
4. Select return or exchange option.
5. If exchanging, please enter the item you wish to be sent as a replacement.
6. Confirm transaction.

Once the transaction is approved by DZR, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on sending the item(s) to us. Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to 7 business days to complete your refund or exchange. All exchanges will be shipped via UPS Ground at no charge to you.

*International customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We are unable to cover duties, taxes, and or import costs on the replacement item. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping of product back to DZR.
